Which to pick
Where Baro fits, and where it doesn't.
Baro fits if
- Your data is already in Google Health and you want sleep, readiness and strain together.
- You use an Android phone. Baro and the Google Health app run there. Bevel doesn't.
- You don't want a subscription.
- You want to see which data each score used.
Pick something else if
- You want a dashboard on your computer. None of these three has one.
- You want an AI coach or workout plans. Try Google Health Premium or Bevel.
- You log meals. The Google Health app and Bevel both have a food log.
- You wear an Apple Watch, Oura or Garmin. Bevel reads those. Baro reads only Google Health.
- You want to add or edit data in Google Health. Use the Google Health app. Baro only reads.
- You have a Fitbit Ace. Google Health doesn't share Ace data with other apps, so Baro can't read it.
- The Google Health app already shows what you need. Stay with it. Baro reads the same data.
